I am also having issues with my battery not staying charged. I have tried to reboot it like your suggestions by holding the left button and lower right button down for 10-12 seconds. Please help.

I'm having this same issue. Ever since the new interface came up, my blaze just dies for no reason.

I'm having the same issues. Won't hold a charge for 24 hours, and won't track my sleep or heart rate. I have tried the reset instructions and still no luck.
