Hello   I have a fitbit Blaze that isn't a year old.  The battery will only last a day to a day and a half.  Is there any idea what to do so it last like other fitbit blazes.

I did live chat regarding my battery not lasting 24 hours and they suggested cleaning the pins, trying to charge using a different charger, de registering it and then linking it again, turning off notifications, turning off all time syncing, and turning off the heart rate monitor. I did all this but 2 days after the problem is worse and it switches off as soon as it’s taken out of the charger and won’t come back on until it’s back in the charger. I’m now considering swapping to another fitness watch brand.

The same thing has happened to me. I put it on the charge and its taking well over 24 hours and it doesn't fully charge. I take it off the charger and within an hour its completely dead again. Looking at the comments online, it appears that alot of people are having the same issue with them.  Did anyone get back to you on how to fix?

I received a 35% discount for buying a new one from fitbit.com but I’ve realised that this doesn’t include the Versa3 or the Sense! Who wants to buy a new fitbit that was released over a year ago? I was going to buy the sense but will need to contact them again because I don’t think being able to buy older version fitbits is acceptable

@Dianas4491 I'd just wait for the Holiday sales. I got the Versa 1 for $139 at Costco 2 years ago right around Thanksgiving. I'd expect Costco and Sams will likely have the newer models on sale in a few weeks. They both had the Versa 2 for $139 at various times before the Versa 3 and Sense came out.

You won't win trying to tell them it's unacceptable. As long as I've been around, the offer for out of warranty tracker upgrades has not included the latest models. But the Holidays are right around the corner. Even Fitbit will likely have the Sense on sale.
