OH GOODY, two weeks ago the Ionic stopped tracking heartrate, then steps, then couldn't update it at all. So went back to my Blaze, well today it all of a sudden stopped tracking the heartrate. So I suppose that next will be the steps. COME ON FITBIT. Just cuz its the holiday season and you want us to buy the new watches, quit messing with the old ones. Please don't make me switch to an apple smartwatch. I have had fitbits for years, but this is getting ridiculous. Yes I shut off the watch several times now, still no heartrate. Last I checked, my heart was still beating.

Regarding your Blaze issue, I just finished up with help.fitbit.com because my heart rate zones stopped tracking. Everything was working fine on Saturday 10/24/20. Fitbit help says," as Fitbit introduces new products, they occasionally make changes to our product line. With that, your Blaze is unable now to view or track the active zone minutes. Now it can only have the active minutes while the active zone minutes is available for the new devices from Charge 4 to the latest ones. Sorry for the inconvenience." Isn't this just swell?
