Hey, I have a MacBook Pro running 10.11.3 and am having issues trying to sync my Blaze through Bluetooth. I have Bluetooth enabled on the tracker, and according to my computer settings, it is connected through Bluetooth. Whenever I try to Sync the Blaze tracker, it gives the alert that I am not connected trough Bluetooth.
I have already uninstalled and re-installed the Fitbit app. but I have had no luck resolving the issue. I have also tried disconnecting (and re-connecting) Bluetooth from the settings on the Blaze tracker to see if this changes anything, and it didn't.
Thanks for any help,
Mike

Hey there @micvic22. Welcome to the Fitbit Community!
At the moment, even when your MacBook Pro has Bluetooth built in, you will not be able to sync your Blaze unless it's through the charging cradle. You can currently only sync through the built in Bluetooth on some windows computers and using supported mobile devices.
Hope this answers your question and if you have any other, let me know! 🙂

Hey, I plugged in and unplugged the charger to see if it could let me sync then (with the Blaze in the charger) and had no luck either. Not sure what's going on, I have resorted to using a friend's dongle to sync my tracker, otherwise I could not communicate at all with the app.
I know the bluetooth is working, because I was able to remotly open my Itunes and play music from the Blaze, so it seems to be an issue with the app. possibly.
Alternativly, it is also possible that I could have an issue with the usb ports on my computer.
Thanks for your help,
Mike
