I ended up calling customer care, they said the battery is not holding a charge. I'm under warranty so they r sending me a new one. Hopefully someone can help you out here, or maybe try calling too. Good luck!
Best AnswerMine hasn't been holding a charge since I installed the Firmware update on 3/23. I charged it to full on Friday night 3/24, then less than 36 hours later, the battery was almost dead. I charged it again yesterday afternoon, and this morning, it was already down to 50%, and an hour ago I got the low battery warning. Support is telling me to check if the contacts on the tracker or the charger are dirty, or if the USB port is faulty, but I didn't have any problems with the battery life before this latest Firmware update.
