So I got a Blaze as a gift a couple days ago. Updated, charged, and used it for a day or so just fine.
However I woke up to it stuck on the Fitbit logo. It would not respond to restarts. After it finally ran out of batteries I tried charging it but no luck. No matter what charger or computer I plug it into nothing happens and it still does not respond to restarts nor does it show up as a bluetooth device to either my phones or computers.
So my question is: Am I out of luck and my fitbit is just a lemon? I've opened up a ticket with support but it could be a while before I have any resolution and I am wondering if anyone else has had such problems.

A warm welcome to the Community @andricDu. Have you tried setting up your tracker as a new device? If you haven't, I recommend doing the following from a computer:
1. Click the Fitbit Connect icon located near the date and time on your computer.
2. Click Open Main Menu.
3. Click Set Up A New Fitbit Device.
4. Click Existing User and log in to your account.
5. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
