Hi There, just picked up the Blaze. I usually do 2-3 high intensity training workouts per week, they are 50 minutes in a class format, UFC GYM, Class is DUT (Daily Ultimate Training). Cardio with weight residence type, along with other variables. I want to know which setting I should use to accurately count my calories burned, steps, etc.

@ recoveryrunner I find the inability to use the other functions of the blaze while in exercise mode quite ridiculous as well, espeacially the timer function. Timed rest intervals or exercise are very common and running back and forth from your phone for a timer is exactly why I bought this thing. Have you found a suitable work around?

No workaround but a couple of feature requests to vote on.
The ability to use timer durring exercises.
