Hi,

I cannot charge my battery, it will not charge at all. I have utilised all troubleshooting options EXCEPT the update firmware option (as i would need a charged battery to do so). Any other ideas?

Hello @NikRae without knowing what has been tried, I'll start at the begining. 

Have you cleaned the contacts, tried several power sources, your phones wall wort, restarted the Blaze, or turned it off through the settings screen.
