Hi,

 

I did the great north run a fortnight ago since then I noticed it was not tracking my runs properly about 1/4 mile out. After looking around problem seems to be that after a minute of running it's losing GPS. I've tried shutting down and restarting playing with the app deleting reinstalling app still not working. Not impressed at all.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues with the GPS connected feature, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.
