It stopped measuring HR two days ago. Shutting down or resetting by holding two buttons down did not help.
This is the second fitbit within a year. It replaced the first one that was faulty for a different reason.
I do not think I can honestly recommend this product to anyone.

I'm sorry that you're not being able to measure your HR for this inconvenience 😕
What is exactly going on? Are the lights not flashing at all or is it just not showing your heart rate? Besides restarting it, have you tried to change the settings from whatever it currently is to ON - OFF - AUTO? If not, go to the last screen on your tracker, tap on Settings, scroll down to the Heart Rate section and change the settings here and see if that makes any difference.
