Blaze completely powered down yesterday (17.07.2017) @ 9.30 a.m. I charged the unit today (18.07.2017) @ 1.00 p.m. and after full charge the blaze started from the time it went down yesterday, i.e. today on 18.07.2017 6.50 p.m. it is showing 17.07.2017 12.43 pm? I tried all, time zone in settings, restarting mobile as well as blaze but to no avail. I am at loss as to what to do now?

The Blaze is known to lose track of time when it runs out of power. However, it normally resets itself when it next syncs. Has yours synced ok since you charged it?

The most likely fix for syncing problems is a restart of the fitbit using this procedure:

Give it a few tries though as it sometimes doesn't work. If that doesn't work there are more things to try in this help file:

I've been having the same issue with my clock for the past two or three months.. It is off by 2.25 hours also and sometimes by 7-8 hours. I did some FITBIT community searching in June and found a post that said to uninstall and reinstall the FITBIT app on Google Playstore and it will re-sync the clock. I've done that 4 times now in the past couple of months. It does work each time, but only last for a few days. My issue has nothing to do with the battery life. I normally put it on the charger stand each night. I don't keep my FitBit continuously synced with my phone for tracking, just as a watch and daily goals.. so I'm not sure if that's the problem or not.. but I didn't have that trouble at all for the first 9-10 months that I had this BLAZE.. so why the issue now??? Still searching for the reason on the community site now as we speak.. Good luck...
