Blaze Heart Rate Stopped working

My Blaze heart rate is no longer working. I have checked all settings on my phone and the watch and all the settings are correct. I have rebooted the watch (left & lower right button), reinstalled the watch on my phone, the green lights are flashing and still nothing. 

The watch tracks my steps, floors etc. but not heart rate. The firmware is up to date. 

Please help!!

I'm sorry you're having problems with your heart rate monitor not working as it should and thanks a lot for what you've tried to get it to work.

I'd like to know what exactly is happening. When you're wearing your tracker, are you not able to see your current heart rate on the screen? If so, what do you see? When you sync your tracker, what do you see in the heart rate graph? In the live heart rate tile, what do you see?

If you could please provide me with those details, I'd appreciate it a lot!
