Blaze Heart Rate not registering

 I just noticed yesterday that my Blaze isn't registering my heart rate. I logged on and it shows that it hasn't tracked it since April 21.  I haven't gotten it wet or anything like that. I wear it almost everyday to mainly track my steps, so I didn't notice it right away. I wasn't sure if there was something I could do to fix it from here.

I did a live chat and they helped me get it going again. I would recommend
that.
