Blaze Heart Rate

The Blaze isn't registering my heart rate.  Have shut it down, restarted, switched to heart rate on, switched to heart rate auto...nothing.  Does anyone have any solutions for this?

Mine also stopped monitoring my heart rate a couple of weeks ago and I have no idea why.  I cleaned the back of it and nothing.

 

I just looked on the help section on the fit bit webiste and followed the instructions to turn my fit bit off and then back on again and my hear rate is showing up again.
