Blaze Icon Not in iOS App

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just got a Fitbit Blaze today, and when I try to set it up through the app, I realized that the Blaze icon/picture is not next to the words. When I select it, it goes to a screen that says "Lookin' good!" and loading but doesn't do anything besides that. What is wrong with my Fitbit app for iOS (iPhone 6) or my phone that I can update?

My software is up to date, and my app is updated also.

Welcome to the Community @SaraCP. I recommend checking if you are following the correct Setup Procedure from your iOS Fitbit app. If you aren't, please follow the steps provided to paired your Blaze.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

I am having this exact same issue! Gets to "finishing up" part and is stuck there. When I force quit the app and open it back up, the Blaze is there but no icon.

I too am having this exact issue! Just got mine today (used to have the Charge HR); and after following all the setup procedure, I can use all of the Blaze features perfectly, but there's no icon next to it in the iOS app. The icon *is* still there for the Charge HR, though. As someone with minor OCD, I am quite perturbed by this, haha.

image.pngSo glad it's not just me. Maybe it's an iOS bug?? It's driving me crazy haha.

I figured it out! I had to uninstall the Fitbit app and reinstall it. Took
me one try and it was fixed. Took some friends 2 or 3 times. Def an iOS app
bug.

Yep, I finally got it working too by uninstalling/reinstalling the iOS app
AND removing the tracker from the app and then setting it up anew some 3-4
times (the key was waiting ages for the "finishing up" phase to finish,
rather than closing the app prematurely because I thought that it was just
erroneously stuck on that step).

Yay!
