Hi,
I woke up to a blank screen on my Blaze this morning, which I thought was bizarre as it was on 75% battery last night. Put it on charge and had no response, the screen wouldn't light up or display anything. Managed to sync it with my phone and it shows 60% battery. So they next course of action was to do the left and right button reset - the blaze vibrates and the green lights on back come on but the screen still won't come on. I repeat the process x 10 still no good. I then restart my phone and attempt to sync the fitbit on the app - and the app shows my steps this morning and battery etc but still no life on the blaze. So i've followed the advice to unpair and then set it up as a new blaze - after a couple of attempts my phone finds the blaze and then asks me to input the 4 digit number off the blaze into my phone to sync - however thats impossible as the screen on my blaze is still completely blank..... really frustrated and annoyed with it at the moment. Any advice out there? it's about 2 years old.
