I have put my Fitbit Blaze in to charge but nothing happens. All I have on the front is the Fitbit logo. I have tried restarting it but the logo just flashes, there are no green lights on the back. My app also cannot find the Fitbit.

I am glad to hear that the instructions provided by our friend @UNLEARNED_SWORD worked and that your Blaze is now charging properly. If you need anything else, do not hesitate in posting it.

Best AnswerReally??? Mine was working perfectly until this morning. I took off to shower, put it on my wrist....nothing! Put on charger and it's blank. I hope a couple pushes of the buttons is the solution
Best AnswerI had the opposite problem - green lights flashing, but blank screen. Still this action seemed to do the trick. My Blaze revived and charging now. Thanks!
Best AnswerMy fitbit blaze will not charge and currently only display i get is 1 red charge bar. its been this was for a couple of weeks and I have tried 3 different charges from work colleges.
whenin the charger there is not display and no change in battery I have tried the 2 botton re-start with no joy. any other options before trying to get a replacement by blaze is 18 months old. I've had 4 different fitbits and every one has failed.
My blaze doesn't recharge anymore and it has a problem similar to that picture on one of the terminals on the back. I bought another charger thinking it had failed, but still the problem is the same.
I can't use my blaze anymore.
Best AnswerHi, @jarana, I would suggest cleaning the charging contacts on your Fitbit following these instructions.
Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
Best AnswerHave restarted Blaze, it still shows heart beat at charging cradle without charging. Normally, it showed battery charging display when put into cradle. Charging time were not counted as daily sleeping time and there were no heart beat recorded at charging moments. These weird things happened today on dash board. Anybody could help resolve this?
Best AnswerDid not wok for me pressing the left button and lower right. Te screen remains

Hello, everyone! Below you will find the short steps you have to take in order to restart your tracker:
- Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
- Let go of the buttons.
I hope this works for you.
Did not. sorry
blank.
Best AnswerHi my BLAZE won't fully charge! - I've cleaned the connections, I've tried several different USB ports.
When put on charge it initially indicates something is happening i.e. the charge band reaches halfway, however it never progresses any further. When used it only last a few hours, this is with all the 'bells and whistles' turned off that drain the life - so running on minimal battery demand and still only last a few hours.
Best AnswerThis has happened to mine too very dissapointed, 3 fitbit's in as many years. I'm gonna have to move on to another product.
