I have a Blaze that I have not used very much at all and experiencing some issues:
1. Battery drains in a half day or less
2. Clock Error notification displaying on the Blaze
* I have done as suggested MANY times now. Changed the clock style and sync'd. I have used multiple faces thinking it may be an issue with one or two but the same error recurs
* I have also done a shut down numerous times followed by a sync each time
3. Occasionally, the device resets itself. When it does it indicates very low battery but I have recently charged it
It seems like the device is shot. Can I get a replacement? Hardly used.

Thank you Wendy. I read the article about charging best practices this morning when I was looking at other posts. Today I charged my Blaze by attaching to my laptop but I have in the past used my original package iPhone charger so I'm thinking this may have contributed to the problem with the battery. I didn't see any warnings not to do this when I got the device.
Neither the Blaze nor the charger are dirty so I don't think that is contributing to either the charging or the clock error issues.
I have shut down and restarted many times now but still get the clock error and my display stays on so I will have to reach out support.
Thanks again.
