Blaze Not Syncing - Wrong Time - Not Updating

I shut down my 10 day new Fitbit Blaze this afternoon for the first time and the weird problems began !

Not updating.

Not Syncing with my Android device.

Not Syncing with my Windows PC.

Clock started lagging behind by 31 minutes - did everything. unable to fix this issue.

IMMEDIATE HELP REQUIRED!!

Hi, @nandh.raghavan, this is really one issue -- your Blaze is not syncing.  Please work carefully through the steps in this help article for a Fitbit that will not sync.

 

If none of those steps work, try setting your Blaze up as a replacement device

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
