Blaze Not charging

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
I have my blaze on the doc, appears to be correct, but I get s battery that has very little red and when I take it off it's completely dead.

I have tried adjusting it, hear click, etc. this happens every time I let it completely die.

Usually I have to charge it every 2 days but when it does this with battery and little red I am completely out of it for 2 days!!

@mdiet15, so when you plug your tracker into the charger do you see the battery symbol showing you the battery charging? If you don't see the battery charging on the face of your tracker then something is wrong. It should only take a few hours for your tracker to charge. I would call customer support, if your blaze is still under warranty they my send you a replacement. You should get 5 days on one full charge.

Welcome to the Community @mdiet15 and @Aclobos thanks for stopping by. If you are having problems charging your Blaze, I recommend restarting your Blaze and after the restart process, clean the charging contacts on the back of your Fitbit Blaze, since over time the contacts can accumulate dirt and debris that prevents them from making a good connection to the charger. Use a toothpick or toothbrush to clean the charging contacts; do not scrape them with anything metal because this can damage the plating and result in corrosion.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

I could not restart it because it's completely dead. I have been almost a month now without my blaze. Not sure I have warranty.

@mdiet15  If you bought it from Fitbit, you may still be covered under their one year warranty.  Have you contacted support?

@mdiet15  I'd try contacting Fitbit support as I believe Best Buy is an authorized retailer for them.  Can't hurt to give it a shot, and they may be able to help you.  Let them know what all you have tried to help with the process.

@mdiet15, when you connect your blaze onto the charger do you see you battery symbol on your blaze ? It should show your battery in red status. If you registered your Fitbit blaze, customer support will let you know if it's still under warranty. If you did not buy the extended warranty from Best Buy they won't help you. Good luck
