Just got it trying to set up & it low battery but went to charge & it will not get off the set up screen

Hello @Kelkel81, have you gone through the setup procedure yet? This will need to be done before the setup screen disappears. 

As for charging,  did you feel a vibration when the Blaze was plugged in? If so, it is charging.  There will not be any icon on the tracker showing the charging status until the tracker is setup.
