Blaze Notifications

On my Blaze this morning when I got to work my notifications keeps popping up stating "All Caught Up" this continues to happen about every 5 to 10 seconds, anyone else had that issue? What do I need to do to correct it?

Hello @meyer54, it's good to see you around in the forums. 

 

Thank you for all the information about your Blaze that is not receiving the notifications. Before considering other options, please make sure to check all the necessary requirements and if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. 

 

Also, be sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device with the Fitbit app.  

 

As an alternative if you continue to experience the same difficulties, you can try to disable notifications and then set them up again following these steps
