Blaze Re-Booting

I bought a used Blaze to replace a broken one.  I'm trying to sync it, but the app doesn't recognize my new device, just the old one.  I'm thinking it might work if I re-boot my replacement device. (Holding left button and lower right button until the Fitbit Icon appears.)  But when I do this, after a few seconds, it returns to operational mode, never re-booting. Ultimately, I just want to be able to replace my old Fitbit Blaze with the "new" device on my Fitbit app.

Hi @Lorenzo_London  you'll want to remove the old Blaze since you can't have two of them on one account at the same time. Directions here - click
