I don't think the screen is made with glass. I think it is made of plastic.

If the screen is made of any kind of plastic, simply get some toothpaste on a cloth and rub the scratch. May seem dumb but trust me it works. Hope this helps!

Well, I am sure that you could try toothpaste, but no guarentees that it would work. Try contacting a watch repairer as that is where i got the toothpaste trick from.
