A warm welcome to the Forums @GeorgeatCheviot and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.
I would like to know if you followed our friend's @WendyB recommend and contacted our support team? If you haven't, could you please provide me with a picture of your Blaze screen?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
Best Answer Hi Alejandra,
I have attached some photos for your info, i am really surprised and shocked that it has broke, as you can see from the pictures it has not been knocked, banged or anything.
For info, i bought it October 2016, it has worked well until last week.

I've banged mine against countless things (accidentally):
Cabinets
Desks
Gears Of War 4 Xbox One Controller
Step and Elevator handrails
Hardwood floor
It has not cracked. Then again when I bought it, I had Liquid Armour applied to it. Which will prevent that from happening. I have it applied to all my cellphones, as I tend to abuse them. I also tend to put laptop computers through the worst possible abuse.
It's also survived a Canadian Winter as well.

Could that banging above have caused it. I think so

OP said no. Only other possibilities are lying down on it during sleep, or this one's pretty far fetched, weather. Brushing it up against something could be a possibility. But once again, speculation.
But since mine survived a -25 degree C winter, and so did my cellphones it seems unlikely.
I said cellphones because the one I typed this on had to go back to service over the N upgrade. I had to use my backup. Twice. In the winter.

I thought they should be quite robust, mine was fine until last week, there was not a mark on it, confirms my suspicions that it was faulty, not good.
Many thanks
