Blaze Screen Corrupted

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My FitBit Blaze doesn't seem to be working anymore. I tried to hard reset. Then I let it run out of batteries and restarted it. Now the Blaze is flashing red and blue lines across the entire screen and appears to be restarting or flashing the red and blue bars on for 10 seconds then off for a second then back on agat.

Any ideas? I am nervous this means my Blaze is done for good.

Thanks

Hi, @Uhuh12345, that doesn't sound good!  Unfortunately if you have tried a restart on your Blaze at least 3 times and you are still having this issue, it is time to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com.  They will take it from there.
