Blaze isn't syncing

Hi.

 

I haven't synced my Blaze for a few days. Did it today and it's only recorded steps for today and last few days say 0. It seems to be syncing but has wiped the last few days. Anything I can do? Thanks

Hey @Katestannard, it's great to see you around.

 

Did you verify that your tracker synced properly? If the issue is directly with syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.

Hi


Its definitely synched for today and the floors have synched for the last two days which is strange. The exercise I did for the last two days is also in the exercise section but its the steps that say 0. If you go into the steps the graph shows the activity but the steps still say 0. It is like it only partially synched.
