Blaze black screen

Screen stays black, green lights are flashing. Tried to reset watch several times. Screen shows snow for a few seconds instead of logo then goes black again after restart.

I have done the reset. The HR unit is working but still the screen in blank. I can feel the unit vibrating when pressing the buttoms but the screen stays blank.

Please help
