Today I fell over and cracked the screen of my Blaze on the gravel. I contacted Fitbit to see about repairing it. I fully expected there to be a cost to repairing it. Unfortunately my only option is to buy a new fitbit! They offered me a discount of 25% off any new fitbit. I don't know about you, but I don't just have money lying around to buy a new fitbit every 4 months.
All I wanted was to get it fixed. I looked online and found that JB HIFI has the blaze for $175, which is still a lot, but when I asked Fitbit to price match they wouldn't.
I hope that Fitbit can work on developing a system to repair cracked screens so that it is more affordable, especially when it is still relatively new and under "warranty".

A warm welcome to the Community @RahGirl, @Gett22 and @MarkMM it's great to see you around.
I am sorry to hear about what happened with your trackers. Keep in mind that you can use the 25% discount to purchase any of our trackers (except the Ionic), in this page, you will be able to compare them all, maybe there is one that might like you besides the Blaze. Also, I recommend taking a look at our warranty policy.
See you later. ![]()
@AlejandraFitbit - I appreciate the 25% off and I know that my Blaze is not covered by Fitbit's warranty as it was my own fault that it is broken. Like you say I can purchase any of the other Fitbits but I did purchase the Blaze for a reason. I'm just disappointed that Fitbit do not have any repair system in place. It seems like repairs should be available - even if there is a cost associated with it.
Best AnswerAlejandra, the Versa is listed on that page. You saying we can use the 25% discount on the Versa?

Thanks for asking @MarkMM, great to see you around and regarding your inquiry, no, the 25% discount doesn't apply to purchase our new trackers.
