Hi,
My blaze is not frozen but is stuck at the second screen that provides details of workout.
I tried resetting it by pressing the left and lower button but for no gain.
Not sure what the next step should be. My blaze is around 18 months old, is it close to it's lifetime? How long does a Fitbit blaze last? Is there a concept of warranty? Mine is gifted so have only the box with some UPC info.
any help will be much appreciated.

My blaze was frozen with a dark screen and the green lights flashing constantly. Thanks for the advice of holding the left and bottom right buttons for 15sec. It did the trick and all's good now.

Thanks, worked on mine. Never had this problem before and thought it was time to replace my Blaze!

my screen is frozen. I tried a reset and now I get the low batter screen. I started to recharge the battery but it's now stuck on the logo screen. no response to touch. I'm going to try charging it for an hour and check. looking for suggestions if that doesn't work.
