Somehow I shattered my Blaze screen. Made a quick call to customer service for service and repair of my new watch. Turns out Fitbit has no service or repair division. I was told that they could do nothing but give me a 25% discount on the purchase of a new Blaze. This is at no fault of Fitbit that my watch is shattered. I was wearing it at work and somehow shattered the glass. But for the manufacturer tells me that we have no repair department and your watch is no good you must buy another one is a bit ridiculous. My iPhone face was shattered and I had it fixed. My Fitbit face is shattered and they tell me tough luck. Purchased on April 12th for $228.95 and on June 12th its done. Come on people if we pay this kind of money for your product at least have an answer other than tough luck. I just wanted to replace my screen. The last Fitbit I will ever own. Take a page from Costa-Delmar and have a great product with a great support team and repair policies.

It's great to welcome you @AllenDeese and I appreciated the feedback provided. I recommend taking a look at our warranty policy article and also, keep in mind that with that 25% discount you can purchase any of the Fitbit trackers. You can check this page where you can compare the Fitbit trackers and see which one you prefer.
See you around.

You guys followed up and solved my problem. Many thanks to you and Fitbit for excellent service with this matter. Just so you know I purchased one for my wife after we found a solution for my shattered screen. Again thank you...

If your work environment is hazardous to your Blaze, I recently saw a screen protector on Amazon that is supposed to be explosion proof.

I had the exact same problem only difference is I got mine on January 3, 2018 and it was somehow cracked in January 12, 2018. I spoke to customer service and got the exact same answer with no solution what so ever than offering me a 25% discount on a new one. I work at a trauma center ED so it isn't like I'm banging tools and equipment around or playing in rocks so I have NO clue how it cracked. Nor did I expect a free replacement. HOWEVER, I did not need an explanation as to what other electronic companies cover in a warranty as if I was a child because other electronic companies offer a repair solution. I like the product but to nonchalantly offer me the only option of spending $150 on another Blaze is ridiculous. (I won't even go there with how unprofessional the online chat was with customer service.)
My question is what was the solution that was given that earned your trust back in Fitbit to purchase one for your wife because at this point I'm so disappointed and disgusted with Fitbit I cannot imagine for one second giving them more money just to tell me, "sorry for the inconveniences...here is your only option...give us $150...you got a 25% discount..." I don't think so. Fitbit should, can, and needs to do better than that. I look forward to hearing more about the solution because I'm really discouraged about the crack and not being able to use the product without worrying about damaging it further. Thanks

Hello
i love my Fitbit but my screen is cracked. Could I have a replacement and exchange? I’d prefer not to throw it away. Alternatively I’m happy with a 25% discount- but would still be curious as to how I can recycle my blaze. Thank you for your attention!

I bought my wife a blaze for Christmas and the screen went on it a couple of months ago. An offer of 25% off a new one is reduculous. I’ve already paid for one! I didn’t expect Fitbit to give me such a crap result!!! You’ve lost a customer that’s bought a number of you models before.
