Blaze Screen is Black

my blaze is fully charged and synced green lights are flashing on the back but the screen is black.... ive tried all the buttons and putting it back on the charger and nothing is happening.

Hey @amberjoy24, yikes. Ok lets try a couple things.

First remove your blaze from its band cage.  Press the left button (one all by itself on one side) with your fingernail.  If still not coming on, press that same left button with your fingernail while holding down the lower right one on the otherside.  Hold both down until your Blaze vibrates once. Now let go.

Is your screen lit up? If no, contact customer support chat and let them know what you have tried so they might offer a few more options...

I am having the same issue I tried what you said to do it lit up bit nothing else happened. I tried doing it in the band it lit up and nothing else happened it just lights up and goes black againg and the green lights are on it said ot synced last on 7/5/17 at 2:06 am and I tried to sync it and nothing changes i also tried changing the clock face nothing is working what else can i do
