Blaze Screen not booting

Hello

I have a black screen fitbit blaze wont turn on even with the left button and bottom right held for 10 secs it vibrates and then stays black, the green laser lights come on as normal. It was synced to my iOS app and I have a mac too. Please can you help ?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
