I can’t swipe across back and fourth it gets stuck on one screen.

Do a reset.  Hold left button and bottom right button. For 10sec. It will reset

I have the same issue and holding the buttons does not work. The only way I can turn off my blaze is by putting it on the charger first. 

I have turned it off multiple times, and can only swipe if I don’t actually pick anything. Once I choose to see my steps, I won’t be able to tell the time or turn off.🤷🏼‍:female_sign:
