I am thinking about buying a blaze, is there a clock face with a hh:mm:ss option? I use the seconds for work and that option would be great.

Not right now. But it has been requested many times so hopefully it will be added soon

As mentioned by our friend, there isn't any clock face with that option. You can check the Seconds display on Blaze request, vote for it and leave your comment.
