I have had my Blaze for 13 months now. It has always miscounted my sleep time short by one hour. Last week, it then started shorting me 3 hours every night. I reset the Blaze, re-pared the Blaze on my Android, and nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

Do you have it set to "Sensitive" if not then try that. It usually takes 30 min or more before the blaze will recognise that you are sleeping and not just lying down. Also it may not be detecting your sleep because you may not actually be asleep even though you think your were. Are you waking up still feeling refreshed or are you feeling even more sluggish in the mornings than you used to be? You may be quite restless when first going to sleep, so much so that the Blaze is not turning onto sleep mode because of it. You should check with your partner (if you have one) to see if you are sleeping restfully.
You can also try wearing the blaze on the other arm for a while as perhaps your sleeping pattern has changed and the arm you normally wear the watch on is now in positions that can interfere with the sleep mode (like under your chin and getting drooled on 😉 )

No, I don't have my Blaze set to sensitive.
As an example; I watched the closing ceremonies of the Olympics Sunday; however, my Blaze has me asleep for those 3 hours. This happens all the time when I watch TV before bed; but only before bed...never after. Perhaps I am just so relaxed it cannot ascertain whether I'm awake, or asleep...for real. I am single, so no one to check on my sleep patterns, although I do have sleep apnea, and those apneas are recorded. And, each time I do wake up in the night, those times are deducted from the overall sleep time. I always wake up sluggish. I've tried the Blaze on my right arm as well; same results.
