I swear my Blaze used to provide spoken feedback for when I hit 1 mile when running with my gps connected phone. It used to say distance, time, interval, etc. I've found in the app where you can tell it which to notify on, however it no longer does the spoken notification from my iPhone 7 speakers. Does anyone know how to re-enable the spoken interval alerts? I always miss the Blaze vibration alert since I'm in motion.

It's great to see you around @Tyr0n313. So far I know, there isn't an option like this with any of our trackers. You can check the Voice Cues with Blaze request, vote for it and leave your comment.
Catch you later.

Voice cues
I found proof! This setting is in your Account on the iOS (I assume the same as Android) under Excercise Tracking in the Settings area. So these options do exist! And they are set as if they should work. You can even preview the sound of the voice cues. However, even with all this turned on, as stated, I still get no voice cues at 1 mile when tracking my run on my Blaze with the "Run" excercise tracking. ( Pls excuse abt typos, I'm typing this on phone.)

Yes @Tyr0n313 you found oroof confirming what @AlejandraFitbit has told you. This settings are for ehen you start the recording of the run through the app. They will not turn on voice curs while starting the run recording on the tracker.

Not the same at all. I run WITH both my iPhone and Blaze. I don't have a need for the Blaze to connect directly to my headphones. As for tracking the excessive, I'm not sure how one tracks just through the app not by initiating it on your Blaze. There is a setting in the Blaze itself turning on the run cue notifications (swipe over to Exercise>Run and tap the gear icon). So it seems like the options are all there, it just simply doesn't announce the distance/pace/etc like it used to.I appreciate the responses, but it seems we're talking about two different things.

People are talking about two different things here. At moment you only get voice cues when you start tracking the exercise via the app. The cues on the Blaze are vibration cues. When you set it to cue you every 1 KM for instance the blaze vibrates and the screen shows Lap 1, your time, distance and pace or whatever stats you have chosen. It looks like you are already aware of these cues and I like you hardly ever feel the cues either.
I have had my blaze for a little over a year and in that time it has never spoken to me.
I hope this helps

Did you ever solve this? I'm having the same issue with my Alta. Everything set correctly for alters ever 1 km, however they are given at 1.6km (1mile) not ever 1km as I'd like. Any help would be greatly received.

@SezCress the Alta does not give any clues at all while running. You are using the Fitbit App on our phone to record the walk run. If your looking for help on a distance problem with your Fitbit app, your best to post in the board that covers your Fitbit app for the phone. This thread is about the Blaze not having a speaker.
@Tyr0n313 the screen shot of the setting posted is for run cues when using the Fitbit App to track your runs, not for tracking through the Blaze .The setting you see on the Blaze is for when using the Blaze to start the run. This setting is to control the type of cues that are displayed on the Blaze, as @SunsetRunner mentioned these are cues that are announced by vibration, not voice.
No there is no voice cues and never have been voice cues when using the Blaze to start a run. Voice cues are only a soluble through the app as @SunsetRunner mentioned. I put in a link above on how to track a run through the app .

Thank you. I'm new to all of this. I believe I've now posted on a more appropriate board?
