Blaze not turning on

I just unboxed my Fitbit Blaze and I can not get the screen to show the logo to begin setting it up. The screen will slightly light up, but nothing appears and soon after will go totally black. After having it on the charger for over an hour it still does the same thing. I’ve tried holding in the buttons to rest and nothing happens.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Please confirm these are the steps you followed in order to restart your tracker:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
