Blaze Sync issues after dead battery

I've had my Blaze since July 2016 and absolutely love it. Apparently, it has not synced since 12/14 but I didnt realize this until yesterday when my battery completely died. When I charged my Blaze, it showed with a completely irrelevant time. The day is correct but the time is about 10 hours behind. Now I can't get the Blaze to sync so I tried to follow other posts and deleted the Blaze off my Fitbit App, forgot the bluetooth, etc etc but nothing seems to be happening. Help!! And if for some reason the unit is broken, is there a warranty? I bought my Blaze at Target in July. Thanks.

I am having the same issue. It won't sync and won't let me update. So frustrating!

I basically had to re-add my device to my account. Best and fastest way is to use the chat functionality on the help website. They walked me through it and helped to get it working.
