i just got this new Fitbit Blaze and need help to set it up how do i get it to turn on

May I ask what device you are using to set it up with? 

Your manual may be found in the help site at https://staticcs.fitbit.com/content/assets/help/manuals/manual_blaze_en_US.pdf

Setup instructions may also be found there http://help.fitbit.com/?q=setup

 

For now @hankabraham I would plug the Blaze into the charger, you should feel a vibration when you do.
