Blaze Text Notifications

I have an Iphone 6 and I can't get text notifications on my Fitbit Blaze. I've turned on all the notifications I've seen, turned off the Blaze, forgot the device and turned it back on - Nothing Works. It just says All caught up. Need Some HELP Please

Is it turned on in the notification panel? 

I did a search of fit it's interactive help manual, link below, and found some documents that may help.
