My Blaze is showing red bars and the Fitbit sign. I have tried to restart. Can some one help with this? Thanks

Hi there @JanetHiggins. Good to see you in the Community! 😄

Normally whenever you see red bars on your display, this means that the battery is very low and you need to charge it. Not really sure why it would be showing the Fitbit Logo but if you have already tried restarting it, you can put it to charge for about 1-2 hrs until it gets power again for it to work properly.

If this is not the situation, you can take a picture of how it looks for you and attach it in your reply for me to see exactly what you see and be able to tell what is going on.

I'll be looking forward for your reply. Anything else, let me know! 🙂
