Blaze Touch screen

I just received my Blaze and noticed some strange behavior with my touchscreen. It seems that the right side of the screen doesn't respond. For example, when I attempt to set the Countdown Timer, I can easily set the minutes, but I'm not able to set the seconds without several swipe attempts to change it. Eventually the seconds does move, but it then becomes non-responsive again.

 

I tried a reset, but that didn't change anything. Is anyone else experiencing issues when swiping across the touchscreen? I assume this is a defect with my Blaze, so I emailed support. But I thought I'd ask to see if anyone else experienced something similar and what you did to address it...

@danschu sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Blaze. I just tested mine and had no problems swiping from fully right (actually starting my finger outside the touchscreen and bringing it across). Fitbit Support should be able to help you, let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Mine is also unresponsive in trying to start the countdown timer. Maybe it is that function. I have only had it 10 days but it worked last week and now it wont start.
