Hi, @archial, sometimes syncing does seem to be a bit tempermental. Usually the first advice is to try toggling Blue Tooth off on your phone, wait a minute, and then turn it back on, then try to force a sync. If that doesn't work try turning your phone off, wait a moment, then back on. Force a sync again. Another thing that sometimes works is to log out of your app and log back in again.
I usually find the most reliable way of getting a reluctant Fitbit to sync is to do a restart . That always works for me.
