Blaze won't start/crashed

I was using the blaze for about 2 weeks before I had leave it off due to my job. But I've now come to charge it a week later and it turned on to the fitbit logo but hasn't shown a battery icon at all. The logo itself will flash on and off every 10 secs (approx.) It also look as though a line of pixels aren't coming on. I've tried a turning it off but it turns itself back on again

Hi, @Milky6161, try a restart (that's not the same as turning it off and on -- a restart will shut down all background activities and reboot the device without losing any data).  You are usually advised to try the restart procedure 3 times if the first restart does not seem to fix your problem.

 

Hopefully that will get you going again.  If not, I would advise getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support (contact.fitbit.com).  Be sure to tell them the troubleshooting steps you have already tried.

Yeah the restart was what I tried before and it didn't actually do anything just came up with the logo again
