Blaze Tracker not updating for iPhone 7, shows low battery but fully charged

I have tried several times, shutting down blaze & uninstalling & reinstalling Fitbit app & trying steps all over but nothing is working to get my tracker to update on my iPhone 7. Just keeps syncing & flashing orange low battery alert but my phone & blaze are fully charged...HELP! ☹️

I'm having the same issue with my iPhone 7 Plus I just got. Battery shows yellow, keeps scrolling to update. I'll keep watch on this feed to see if your problem gets resolved. Good luck!

Hey Jo, I figured it out! Went to settings on my phone & Bluetooth. Had to forget this device for blaze & then update tracker & it worked! All set now! Thanks so much for your reply!
