Blaze Unresponsive touchscreen

My Fitbit Blaze will power correctly, sync with my iPhone 11 and communicate with the app. But I have lost all swipe features. When I touch the screen it does not swipe, nor does it recognize my touch for the volume controls when on screen. I have tried doing a restart (pressing all buttons until logo appears) I can not figure out how to power off without swipe functions. No matter how many of the quick tricks tried, still nothing. Please help!

Hi @Myawall, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To restart your device without the swipe function, please follow the next steps:

  1. For Fitbit Blaze, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

I have done this. How do I turn it off without being able to swipe? All info I have seen days to swipe to settings and shutdown.
