I just started using my new Blaze yesterday. I love it, works great. My only complaint is the vibration. I've seen some other post that it is not strong enough. Mine is actually very noisy, the guy sitting in the cubicle next to me can hear it when it goes off. I'm wondering if this is the way it is or is there something defective with mine?

I have no problems hearing or feeling mine, if im awake. I don't expect it to wake me up, sorens outside my window don't.
As for the vibration, they use a very tiny motor that turns an off set weight, the idea os to make the tracker bounce all over.

Hello,
I agree it is a bit loud and with no way of controlling how you want the haptic feedback to be. i.e. incoming calls = 2 short buzzes, txt message 1 short buzz, calendar reminder, single 2 second long buzz.... (At least short, med and long feedback options)
If I silence an incoming call on my phone the Blaze continues to buzz requiring me to silence two items. I ended having to turn off txt alerts altogether as a single active group txt will cause the blaze to buzz non stop with each repsonse.

I would prefer the one you have over mine. It's too quiet and doesn't wake me up in the morning. Plus it doesn't vibrate long enough for me to notice. I had to check to make sure i had set the alarm to go off , because it wasn't waking me. My fitbit charge HR was so strong that i would jump up everytime it went out. It jostled me alittle too much. Now this is too quiet. They need to create one that has an adjustment to set whichever works for people. 😕
Bummed

I finally got through to someone at fitbit that would help mw with this issue. They replaced it since everything I told them pointed to in being defective. It definitely is not supposed to be so noisy, I received the new one today. With the new one I can feel the vibration, but I can't hear it, which is how a silent alarm should work.
