@PhilB676 The above answers are correct; Blaze features the same silent alarms that our other devices have that will wake you up with a gentle vibration at the time of your choosing.

It's not in the described feature set so I would assume not.

When waking up at the same time every day, including the weekends (no sleeping out, rather going to sleep earlier when being tired earlier).. the body doesn't like the alarm.. and wakes up just before the set alarm goes off.

@SunsetRunner So true! Since I've began working for Fitbit, I've noticed an increase in the strength of my suprachiasmatic nucleus.

With an acurate sleep trackin program, adding the option to be woken up (gently) during a light sleep phase, if one occurred 15 to 30 minutes before the desired wake up time, seems simple to program. Wouldn't this option speed up sleep habit training and allow for a less groggy morning?

That's a special name @EmersonFitbit

Found regardless what time going to sleep, even if sleep comes later.. and having less sleep than usual, always got up around the same time before the alarm goes off. Have a alarm clock which gradually increase light.. a moment before even the lightest light goes on and no sound yet.. waking up just before the lights goes on.. it's magical.. Smiley Surprised

@PhilB676

It be awesome to wake up gently.. this way likely the Fitbit buzzing alarm can be felt more to, to wake up (since being in a lighter sleep)..

The more votes increases the chance of the developers integrate the functionality.

I wanted a fitness watch now. Willing to wait longer for this nicer looking g fitbit. Seeing this feature being tossed around since at least 2013 tells me it's not going to happen.

I feel a significant difference when I wake up from a deep sleep vs light sleep: it affects most of my morning and especially my morning commute. There are other wearable that offer the feature and I won't have to wait.

Everyone into fitness I've spoken to over the years emphasizes that good sleep and low/no stress are as important as healthy food and good exersize.

The question was not if one could set a wake up alarm. Which Fitbit will gently wake you, within your select amount of time prior to your alarm, while you are in light sleep, as the UP does?

There is a feature request for this pption.

Currently the tracker doesnt reqlly monitor your sleep,  this magic happens on the cloud after the first sync after eaking up.

This is not the solution that was asked, Fitbit allows you to set a silent alarm at the time of your choosing, but it does not offer to wake you during a range of time that you are in light sleep
