I just got a new Fitbit Blaze for Christmas from Amazon and I was really excited about it. We got it out of the box and turned it on. The screen kept showing the fitbit blaze setup website that I needed to visit. So I went on there and it said that I needed to install the fitbit app, so I did, and went through all the necessary steps. I've synced it and paired it with my Samsung Galaxy Phone but the screen on the watch still constantly shows the setup website link. I've restarted the watch and reinstalled the fitbit app and nothing is working. What should I do???

What did you do to get it to work? was it just a matter of syncing several times?

What did you do please. I'm so frustrated with my brand new blaze; I spent hours last night and all day today trying to pair with my laptop, iPad and Samsung phone. None have worked and the screen is still on the setup screen you described. Have now got it paired with iPad but it won't resend and the clock page is blank - nothing to select from .... So cross ... Not doing my blood pressure much good! 😉

We talked to a customer services and we found out that my Fitbit wasn't compatible with my Samsung A5 phone! So we went on a laptop and set up the fitbit on there, and amazingly, it worked! I was worried that it would never work on my phone but it's actually fine now to use on my phone. I think the setup just needs to be done on the right device. To find out if your device is compatible with your fitbit, simply look on the fitbit website and there should be an option. 😊
